All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving cleared payment. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order is dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship securely to laboratories and research facilities across the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee for time-sensitive research needs.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) and tracking updates to "In Transit," Solution Peptides Labs transfers liability to the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using your provided tracking number.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that are subsequently stolen from your mailbox, parcel locker, or facility receiving dock. Please ensure your shipping destination is secure.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
The purchaser is strictly responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, undeliverable, or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the materials.
