Refund and Returns Policy

At Solution Peptides Labs, we are committed to providing the highest quality laboratory materials. Due to the sensitive nature of our peptide compounds and the strict quality control standards we enforce, we have implemented the following Returns and Refund Policy.

1. General Return Policy

Because peptides are temperature-sensitive and highly susceptible to degradation, oxidation, or cross-contamination once they leave our controlled environment, we do not accept returns on any opened, unsealed, or tampered-with products. Once the protective seal is broken or the product leaves our strict chain of custody, it cannot be restocked or utilized for further research.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once a shipping label is created and a tracking number is generated, the order is considered processed and cannot be canceled.

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged vial, an incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your shipment, you must contact us at clientservice@solutionpeptideslabs.com within 48 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

  • Please include your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as the original packaging.
  • Upon verification by our team, we will expedite a replacement to your lab at no additional cost.

4. Chargebacks

We request that you contact our client service team to find a solution to any order discrepancies before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed legally, and the associated customer will be permanently banned from purchasing from Solution Peptides Labs.
